SprySign now allows external signers to initiate the paperwork process as the first step in the workflow. With a shareable link, users without a Spry account—such as parents, agents, or guardians—can fill out forms directly, streamlining the collection of important signatures and documents from outside your athletic department. This update enhances flexibility and speeds up the paperwork process for both administrators and external collaborators.

SprySign’s new Paperwork Access Control ensures that only authorized users can access sensitive information. Access is tailored based on user roles:
- Paperwork packet Owners and Senders can view their respective packets.
- Other Users only see paperwork packets they are directly involved with.
- Spry Admins have full access to support and manage paperwork packets.
Additional filters for folder and status allow for quicker navigation, ensuring that users only see relevant paperwork packets while maintaining security and efficiency across departments.

Additionally, on the Submission View Page, you can:
- Bulk approve or reject paperwork in workflow stages
- Leave comments on multiple paperwork submissions simultaneously to provide batch feedback on similar forms
