ROME, GA — Shorter University Athletics is excited to announce a new partnership with Spry, a leading provider of athletic administration software. The partnership will help Shorter to modernize its athletic department and streamline its compliance processes.

“Our partnership with Spry has allowed us to become more efficient with our operations by streamlining our internal systems and processes,” said Ava Sanders, Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Shorter University. “Spry’s innovative platform has integrated compliance, eligibility, and department-related paperwork into a single platform, saving our administrators and coaches time and stress. Over the past month, we have distributed and collected all our eligibility/compliance paperwork and the system has helped us become more efficient.”

Spry’s cloud-based platform provides a comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of an athletic department, including recruiting, calendar sharing, document management, communication, NIL management, and practical education.

“We are honored to partner with Shorter University Athletics, said Lyle Adams, CEO of Spry. “Shorter is a respected institution with a rich history of athletic success. I’ve been impressed with Mrs. Sanders, Mr. Hendricks, Ms. League, and the rest of the Shorter Senior Leadership Team since our first meeting, and we are excited to help them achieve their goals.”

The partnership between Shorter University Athletics and Spry is a significant step forward for the department. With Spry’s help, Shorter will be able to streamline its operations, improve its compliance, and provide a better experience for its admin, coaches, and student-athletes.
