Virginia State Athletics Partners with Spry for Athletics Management

Spry partnership will provide administrators, coaches, and student-athletes access to Spry’s comprehensive collegiate athletic solution.

ETTRICK, VA Virginia State Athletics has selected Spry as their athletics management partner. Spry is an athletics management platform that helps manage day-to-day operations and responsibilities.

With this collaboration, Virginia State Athletics will leverage Spry’s software to manage crucial tasks such as recruiting, competition and event planning, document management, compliance, and education. Spry’s user-friendly interface and workflows will significantly reduce administrative workload, enabling VSU coaches and staff to devote more time to their student-athletes.

We’re thrilled to partner with Spry to enhance our department’s efficiency and productivity,” said Peggy Davis, Virginia State Director of Athletics. “Spry’s innovative platform will equip our staff with the tools and insights to elevate the student-athlete experience.

SPRY'S BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Jackson graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 where he was a 4-Year Starter and a Captain of the Men's Basketball team. Prior to joining Spry, Jackson gained experience in an array of different industries including Technology (SaaS), Hospitality/Operations, eCommerce (Start-Up), and Consulting. Jackson also holds a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Columbia University.
