Currently, Utah has no proposed legislation regarding Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) law for its colleges and institutions. Although no bill has been proposed, Student-Athletes in Utah can still take advantage of their NIL per the NCAA Interim Policies. In addition to these guidelines, institutions will be installing their own school policies to further emphasize the parameters in which student-athletes can engage with potential opportunities.
