Introducing Spry’s Comp Ticket Manager (Nov 2024 Product Improvements)

This month’s release focuses on streamlining administrative workflows and enhancing compliance oversight, driven by feedback and real-world challenges shared by our Spry customers, coaches, and administrators.

The new Comp Ticket Manager simplifies ticket allocation, while the CARA Assitant Enhancement empowers compliance reviewers to manage potential issues effortlessly.

Handling competition ticket requests has always been a challenging and time-intensive task. With the introduction of our new ‘Comp Ticket Manager,’ we’re streamlining this essential process. This powerful feature enables school administrators and compliance officers to manage ticket requests with greater efficiency and accuracy, reducing errors and saving valuable time.

Benefits

  • Easy Setup: Enable the comp ticket flow from Spry’s calendar for each competition. Student-athletes and coaches can then request or transfer tickets directly through Spry’s mobile app. 
  • Transfer Transparency: Student-athletes can transfer tickets to teammates, with Spry automatically tracking each transaction to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Automatic Reminders:  set up reminders and submission deadlines to ensure ticket requests are submitted in a timely manner so everyone can focus on the game!

 

Continued CARA Improvements 

We’ve introduced several enhancements to CARA, giving administrators the ability to review, update, and resolve potential violation warnings directly. This new feature empowers compliance reviewers to efficiently manage potential issues, document their decisions, and ensure transparent audits now and in the future.

Spry’s Founder and CEO & NCAA Men’s Soccer Champion

Lyle was a member of the 2007 NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship team at Wake Forest. After embarking on a professional soccer career, Lyle transitioned to the tech industry, where he was one of the first 100 employees at Uber, designing platforms and tools for data consumers. Lyle also holds a Master’s in Sports Management from Columbia University.
