Happy New Year! In our first update in 2025, and we’re excited to introduce several new enhancements to the Recruiting experience, designed to streamline communication within the recruiting process for Coaches, Administrators, and Directors of Operations.

👥Instantly Tag Colleagues

Bring the right people into the conversation exactly when you need them. Our new @-mention feature lets you quickly tag fellow Coaches, Admins, or Support Staff, so everyone stays on the same page without juggling multiple messaging platforms.

✍️Keep Your Notes Accurate and Up-To-Date

We’ve completely revamped how you interact with recruiting notes. With our new Edit and Delete features, refining your comments or removing outdated details is seamless. No more digging through lengthy email threads or wrangling with outdated information—now, you can keep every note fresh, relevant, and easy to manage.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Boost Visibility: Easily loop in the right people at the right time, reducing unnecessary emails and text.
  • Streamline Communication: Real-time notifications (email, push, desktop) and centralized notes help you stay on top of every mention without juggling multiple channels.
  • Stay Organized: A rich text editor allows you to neatly format notes, while the soft-delete feature ensures you can still maintain a record if you need it later.
