Camp

A sports camp is a legislated exception to the NCAA’s tryout rule which is intended to be an instructional venue in which individuals are taught fundamental skills in a given sport.  Institutional coaching staff members  may own or participate in sports camps, subject to a number of sport-specific limitations.  Student-athletes may also be employed by an institutional sports camps and may also own or operate their own sports camps under NIL legislation.
