Tell us a little bit about your background and what you did prior to joining Spry:
I started my career working in both private and public transportation. I worked on a variety of projects as a transportation consultant, focusing on implementing technology systems to increase efficiencies as well as constructing organizational policies and procedures to limit risk. In 2019, I left to pursue a Master’s from Columbia University, which is where I met Lyle. The rest is history!
In your own words, what do you do at Spry:
Talk and listen to our customers. It’s that simple. I help train, support and work with our customers to ensure Spry is making them more efficient and exceeding their expectations.
What has been your favorite moment while being a Spry team member?
The day we officially launched Spry to our first institution. Watching an idea become a reality was a truly humbling experience.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Movement, the outdoors, sports and learning. I am either working out, enjoying fresh air, watching or playing sports and am always trying to grow.
What is your favorite college sport to watch?
Football. Go Dawgs!
Did you play a sport in college? If so, tell us about your experience as a student athlete:
I am a proud 8x intramural basketball/football/softball champion.
What is your biggest hope that NIL unlocks for student athletes?
I hope student athletes take advantage of this opportunity to learn real life business lessons ahead of many of their peers.
If you could give one piece of advice to student athletes, what would it be?
Always remember what is important to you and stay true to that. Whether this is applicable through deciding on potential NIL opportunities or not, never settle for anything less than you deserve!
